Payment - Cash or Personal Check only
Rubber Checks- All dishonored checks writers will be turned over to District Attorney for collections.
Cancellations or rescheduling- Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within that time frame will result in one of the following; Prepayment for your next visit, redemption of the value from a gift certificate, pre-paid package or dismissal from our studio.
Appointments- Please try and arrive 15 minutes prior (new clients) to fill out appropriate forms for your specific appointment. Late clients, please keep in mind, that we have other clients booked after your appointment time. To insure we are on time for our next client, your appointment time will be shortened.
Bridal or Special Occasion appointments- A non refundable deposit of half of the quoted amount is due upon scheduling for your special event (not applicable to trial). The deposit will hold your appointment.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges
